What You Will Do
• Support teams on making technical decisions – tech tickets solving;
• Analyze the existing data and conclude meaningful insights on how our products can be improved;
• Research and analyze current technical stack – knowing your product.

• Passionate about working with data to find interesting patterns and insights;

CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Organise work activities to ensure departmental task are completed, deliver to a standard of excellence and on time to specification;
• Drive Key Customer care metrics in line with targets;
• CAS score ownership, which should be driven throughout the function;
• Manage daily customer service team operations with a major focus on OEM business;
• Plan, prioritize and delegate key OEM order fulfillment tasks to ensure smooth end-to-end order delivery throughout OEM value stream to OEM customers (end-users and intercompany partners);
• Liase with operations, product management, R&D, quality and supply chain groups to support and implement company‘s OEM strategic goals;
• Improve customer experience by innovating proccesses and implementing changes;
• Support ongoing projects where customer service involvement is needed;
• Handle complex and escalated OEM customer service issues and communications;
• Identify and address ambitious staff training and coaching plans.
Essential Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Lithuanian);
• High customer service focus;
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Fast paced;
• Be able to proactively gather customer’s needs, set appropriate customer expectations and follow through;
• Ambitious;
• Planning and organizing;
• Understand how items and actions will impact company whilst identifying process improvements;
• Teamplayer.
Preferred abilities:
• Familiarity with Agile, E1, Navision;
• Knowledge of existing logistics processes;
• Expertise with databases and advanced Excel functions.
